Our Lead planners and designers are here to curate your anything you want to make your event special and rememberable. Ensuring all you would need to worry about is approving the final decisions.

• Meeting All Vendors including consultations 
• Scheduling all Vendor Meetings 
• Budget Planning & Management of your entire event 
• Venue & Vendor Shopping 
• Final Walkthrough with Venue Communication & Payment management. There will be a structured payment plan that will be communicated 
• Create & Design inspiration board, We will work together to gather inspiration and make sure your vision is achieved  
• Full Setup & Breakdown end of event 
• Announcements ( Introductions & Transitions etc) 

***If Event has a guest count of 100 plus guest, 2nd day of coordinator will be present***
